Main Responsibilities
Develops the org charts of all departments
Reviews and updates the JDs of all roles
Consults with HR department to provide guidance on Succession Planing and training programs
Reviews and updates HR polices and processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR
Experience of minimum 4 years in OD
